Another field pumpkin goes down to blossom end split. Fould the split end on my 81 Wolf pumpkin at day 38. Weighed today (day 40) at 176 pounds on home scale.
I was planning on picking it Sep 15 for the PA GPC weigh-off.

Measurements are 90.5-56-50.5= 197". Really nice grower all year. Averaged 10 pounds a day for 3 day's.

Posted more info on my diary. Sister pumpkin on plant is
at 192"...tick, tick, tick.....

Great job! Too bad she split, especially that close to the end. Apparantly we are close to what is structurally possible for a FP.

Sorry to see another monster go down Alan. That one had fantastic shape. I assume it was selfed? Hope she has lots of seeds.
