I will be pollinating my first set tomorrow. Am I late or right on time?

I think the majority shoot for ASAP, mid to late June or no later than the first two weeks in July..your fine, you can only do what you can do. I just pollinated this morning on one myself. Good Luck Mosquitoman!!!

Also depends on what your shooting for as far as Dates, Halloween, Wieghoffs, and what type of Kins you,ve got growin. You'll still be fine.

Just my two cents, but from my own experiences the last two years my FP's start to turn orange approaching the 40 day mark and when they begin to turn you can expect their growth to slow down and come to a stand still very soon afterwards. If pollinated in late June or early July you have to keep your fruit sound a very long time. Pollinating from now on will give you a better chance having a sound fruit for fall weighoffs.

Sorry, I should have mentioned I was refering to state & County fair times. GPC events would be later on in pollination time...Good points John!!

I agree with John...you are almost early..It seems like the best ones are Late July or Early August...
