I don't have an exact address so mapquest to New Bremen, OH. The festival and parking are west of state road 66 and between state road 274 and cherry street. Look for signs. For more information email Vertigo on bp.com (Jeff Wells).

First I want to thank Carlos are taking the time to get this on the message board.

Our 2nd year club will be breaking the world record for the largest pumpkin pie on Oct. 8th. This will be conjunction with our pumpkin weigh-off. This has been a year in planning for this event. Currently the record is 6' 3" from Windsor, Calif. and we are going to bake one at 12'. We had to build everything including our oven. Everything looks very impressive and our group is very proud.

We wanted to bring the record back to Ohio and included Lindsey Bakery who makes the famous Circleville pumpkin pie. We have a PR firm working to get Letterman or Leno here and both have shown interest. I think it will be a be great time and how many chances do you get to see the world record pumpkin pie.

Just like every other starting club, we have suffered on the finances and have the added world record it has been tough. We will give the following:

1s Place - $750.00 / Very nice 2' Trophy / World Record Shirt / World Record Certicate your weight.
2nd Place - $500 / Very nice Trophy / World Record Shirt / World Record Certicate your weight.
3rd Place - $250.00 / Very nice Trophy / World Record Shirt / World Record Certicate your weight.
4th Place - $100.00 / Very nice Trophy / World Record Shirt / World Record Certicate your weight.
5th Place - $50.00 / Very nice Trophy / World Record Shirt / World Record Certicate your weight.

* Best Looking Pumpkin - $25.00 / Trophy / World Record Shirt

* Ugliest Pumpkin - $25.00 / Trophy / World Record Shirt

* Smallest Pumpkin - $25.00 / Trophy / World Record Shirt

I will be posting pictures this weekend, so look for them. If you have any questions, please feel fre to contact me.
