sure was... and telling for the article on the HMB website Joel also grew it off the same seed (805 Pukos)!
Two years in a row the same weight off the same seed! Haven't heard of something like that before!

Joel's 1229 this year was grown off the 723 Bobier. At least that's what Joel told me at the weigh off. He thinks he pollinated it with the 1260 Weir, but he wasn't sure until he checked his notes. He did seem a little fuzzy about the pollinator but not the female...
