Congrats to ALL who entered in last eveinings weigh off in Barnesville. Here are the top three and the court weights. . .

Don Chambers with his 1242 lber now has the West Virgina state record! He grew the 1242 off the 998 Pukos that went about 80lbs Heavy! My 1289.5 was grown off the 805 Pukos that also went about 80lbs heavy. That sure was a fun weigh off that took 10 years off my life, I really though Don had it won when I seen how heavy his 998 pumpkin went. And congrats to Dan kirts on his 989, and hes not done yet, he has one more pumpkin for a weigh off that should very easly smoke the 989 he weighed in last night at Barnesville. Watch out for this Dan Kirts (seedling) this year, hes not done yet,lol.

brooks, this morning i told nick to check online to see who won barnesville. he comes back in and is like "it was brooks with a 1280" and i was like "WHAT!!??" I totally thought he was lying and pulling my leg. i was like "come on and tell me the truth". he told me to check myself so here i am checking. WOW !!

Just wondering if there are any restrictions for the Barnesville weigh-off? I'm hoping to weigh a pumpkin in 2008, but I've noticed some of the weigh-offs in Ohio have distance restrictions(they require you live within a certain distance of the weigh-off). Any other Ohio weigh-off sites without restrictions would be appreciated. Thanks!

the only one with restrictions is circleville!!! (other than some random fairs i dont know about). but canfield, barnesville, yankee lake, oakland nursery, new bremen are all open to everyone.
