I got to attend the Elkin Pumpkin Festival this year and just want to congratulate all the winners. All the pumpkins were unbelievable. It was truly a special year in our sport even though it has been so dry this year.

lizzy565, yes I do have one at the Dixie Classic Fair. It weighed 528.12 pounds. My wife's pumpkin weighed 352 and my kids both have one in the kids class, 178 and 117 pounds. This pumpkin thing is addictive!

rkeaton, I helped you unload your wife,s and little girls pumpkins before I had to leave. We weighed in at 548lbs. but the pumpkin didn't make it through the night. We cut the pumpkin on Sept 11th for the King Fair. It weighed 565lbs on the 11th. Congratulations to you and your family on your success.
