Thanks to all! I hope you all have a nice and funny weighoff like our was
Pap you are right, our weigh off was this year at the 26th edition, I remember in the 1996 that was my first year ag grower, we were only 12 growers in competition, now the weigh off it's start to be very large in the number of partecipatinges, and every year we have some more from every part of Italy. Im doing my best for to involve new growers to the hobby, I think we will have some problem in to broke the 2000lbs barrier, but for sure we can easily to have 50 growers in the next years LOL!

serg----------everyone everywhere will have a problem breaking the 2,000 pound barrier.
the only reason we have heard rumors of several over 1,700 taped pumpkins is that certain areas of the united states have had fantastic weather from spring right up through today.
skill, seed and soil without great weather ? is like mustard and a bun with no hot dog. lol
