I spoke with Ron Johnson in Mooresville, NC today and he'd like to start the weigh-off there again. There are no sponsors so therefore no prize $....but if you aint' in it just for the joy of growing then you'll go elsewhere anyway.
He'd like a few Southern growers to confirm they'll come before he commits to his own out-of-pocket expense.

E-mail me for his phone # if interested, be nice to have another option if Georgia is a bust.....

Hey Kyle any word from Ron yet. If it doesn't come together this year maybe we can do it next year. I have about 5 people that are going to try their hand at growing AG's next year and they would love to go to a weigh-off close to home. Tell Ron and maybe we can get a bunch more people if we start letting people know.
