Did anyone take melons or pumpkins to the TN Valley Fair? I was there earlier and only saw one other large melon.

Congradulations to my Daughter Cheyenne on a first place win in the Giant Watermelon category at the Tennesee Valley Fair. It weighed 145 lbs and was grown from a 194 Jones seed along with another watermelon amost as big on the same plant. She took one of her smaller watermelons this year, saving two larger ones for Allardt.
Many Thanks to brotherdave for the seed. Brotherdave won 1st in the largest category with a 151 lb watermelon.
