We are excited for the 3rd Annual Aldor Acres Giant Pumpkin Weighoff on this Saturday October 11th. Thanks to Aldor Acres for the kind donation of Venue and tractor.


Online Registration is open, all growers expecting to attend and enter pumpkins, squash and long gourds must register online. This is a sanctioned GPC Event along with all the plauqes and ribbons associated.

Thanks to the generous sponsors listed below;

For Pumpkins;

1st Place - $500 from Envision Financial and a backpack sprayer from Terralink Horticultural

2nd Place - $250 from Krause Berry Farms and a backpack sprayer from Terralink Horticultural

3rd Place is $100 from the Fox and Hound Pub and Restaurant

True Green Squash;

1st Place - $100 from Terralink Horticultural

2nd Place - $60 from Terralink Horticultural

3rd Place - $40 from Terralink Horticultural

From Aldor Acres;

New this year we will be hosting a live-auction for some giant pumpkins after the weigh-in. There will be a professional auctioneer coming in to host the event and ALL proceeds from the auction will be given to the Salvation Army Gateway of Hope. We have about 15 giants in our patch that we will be donating to the auction - some of them have cool custom scabbing on them.
