After talking to growers,the Iowa State fair it will be Iowa Growers only this year so it will not be GPC because GPC is for anyone from out of state can enter. There seems to be enough growers in the state that said they will bring a pumpkin. If we can not get enough pumpkins to the fair this year we will go back to open.
So that being said all Iowa growers need to get ready for 2017 in less than a month. It will still be $5 entry and you must be entered by July 1st.
