            | wile coyote | On a cliff in the desert | My 2 plants, 220 DMG Baggs, 173 Baggs, both main vines are over 15 feet. No secondaries or female flowers. I've given them 2 treatments of bloom boosters and some High Yield Phosphate and still no female flowers or secondaries. What else should I try to get female flowers? Thanks. | 8/6/2019 12:32:16 PM |

            | 26 West | 50 Acres | Maybe your plant nutrients are locked up. Here is an outside the box possibility. go to your local hardware store and buy sep to bec or a similar septic tank starter. It may breakdown your nutients so your plant can absorb them. Just a hunch solution. JIM | 8/6/2019 4:36:49 PM |

            | Dutch Brad | Netherlands | Not sure what your temperatures are, but if it is really warm, marrow plants will have underdeveloped side vines, or even miss a few. Not that extreme though. | 8/8/2019 2:50:35 AM |

            | wile coyote | On a cliff in the desert | It has been in the 80s and high humidity. I am going to try foliar spraying with some 0-52-34 to try to kick start female flowers. | 8/8/2019 10:58:48 AM |

            | Farmer Brown (Chris Brown) | Zimmerman, Minnesota | I’m north of wile coyote by 20-30 miles and I have 6 marrow on and I’m pulling females off so it’s probably a soil/nutrient thing, not weather. | 8/8/2019 11:43:46 PM |

            | wile coyote | On a cliff in the desert | I'll have to do a soil test next spring. I'm growing them in an area of my yard that I have never grown anything in before. | 8/9/2019 12:50:03 AM |

            | lunker99 | Iowa | From your diary pics, my best guess is that the weed/grass competition around your plant is robbing too many nutrients which is impacting your secondary and female development | 8/10/2019 1:45:15 PM |

            | wile coyote | On a cliff in the desert | I keep a radius of 1 feet around the plant stump weed free. When I planted the plant I removed all grass/weeds about 2 feet around where the plant went. I covered it with black bedding cloth and covered the cloth with mulch. It's been cooler the past week and the female flowers have shown up. Pictures are in my diary. | 8/12/2019 2:24:14 AM |
