I live in extreme northeast Colorado. Going to try to grow a Marrow this year. From the time of putting seeds in to germinate how many days to maturity for a weigh off. Also does the plant root at the leaves or just main root.

Maturity in 60 days. Tap roots grow at leaves on vine. Seeds viable around 50 days.

I think 3.5-4 months would be the total time required.

3 1/2 - 4 months, from seed to mature. That would be my guess. Maybe 4 1/2 months if you want a larger plant to start with.

Are we talking 60 days from seed to fruit set on average?

I grow them just like field pumpkins start seeds June 1st, pollinate 1st week in August for mid September and October weigh offs
