I think you should get a Whizzer sprinkler or by any means overhead and SLAM one plant for like an hour a day (X 2?) and see what effect that has. The meters may all say 'Moist!' but so what. I tried to research 'root depletion zone' and did see tuff about it butt for free and with nothing to lose and seemingly all the plants across the board...give it a 'shot'! eg

No need to reply to THIS, but I just feel that the pumpkin(s) is now the sink and all attentions are now to the pumpkin(s);
Right up to the fruit, the plant is robust and everything else is straining to make ends meet. Good luck, no matter what. eg

You are absolutely right, this pumpkin has started very strongly. And everything goes to her, they are 450 sq feet that feed the pumpkin, but they will not be enough. I have two secondary ones that are somewhat strong and can take out tertiary, the two are on the same side, I'm going to try to take some tertiary to one side and the others to the other. I don't care if it takes a long time to grow, so I'll have a new plant in August. When the results of the soil analysis arrive next week, I will better adjust the fertilisation. The surface water you are right, wetting everything with the hose or a sprinkler, the plant will have more strength, but I would lose the secondary ones, I need to have little humidity upstairs. Thank you for your opinion suits me very well,
