Hey DA, a note of caution about growing on the foam. I grew on it one year and it bowed due to the weight of the fruit. Then it got a little standing water...you can guess what happened next. Maybe there are already some drain holes in it that I can't see. If not, I recommend using something porous that will drain well.

Good point. How about plywood plus mill fabric plus sand instead?
