Interesting. I dont know if the magnesium is toxic in high doses or if it just intereferes with calcium so badly that it looks toxic. I had something similar happen and I never would have suspected it to be Epsom salts.

It could definitely be something else. Weather has been erratic and I also tend to measure all my ferts with less precision this time of the year. I put down ~1lb/1000sqft of Epsom Salts, so I figured it was to blame.

Pretty sure that would not be too much but I could be wrong. But if you dumped a pound of any other micronutrient, then that would be a lot.

Maybe there's a lot of nitrate/ chloride in that aged manure stuff ya got there. The plants could be getting a jolt every time it rains...

I like the micro OD idea caused by a rain. I’ve been adding ounces/1000sqft over the past few weeks (no rain) and it rained about the time of the issue. Thinking the lower pH of rain may have hit the micros absorption range sweet spot and it effectively meant I applied all the micros at once.
