You might get very similar results if you grow a plant in the same spot next year. Ive seen remarkable similarity from last year to this year just by planting in the same spot. Each spot is giving similar results again, in terms of plant stature and the number of megas. I'm beginning to think that the subtle differences in the planting location (soil, light, and water) will determine the plant's traits as much as the genetics.
