2025 has already begun for the giant onion growers. It takes such a long, long time to grow them. It is fun to see them progress in your diary over the dark, cold days of winter.

Straight from the end of the pumpkin season to the start of the onion season but a few may bolt later if they're started this early??

I have not had problems with bolting because I provide lighting/heat over winter and when I plant into their final beds in the spring, Need a good set up and it is expensive but only way to grow an extra large onion.
