Hi. There's no such thing as a brief "what, why, when".

What/how: care about them like they are a cat. Why: as Mallory said, because they are there... When: plant now.

The first part is an accurate but odd statement and very important. And the last part is very debateable... but my guess is Dan has his seeds going already.

If I say any more, it wont be brief ;)
