Ahhhhhh! I just found two squash bugs on my Marrow squash plant! They are close to my pumpkins, what should I do? I squashed the squash bugs right next to the plant stump as if to say watch out bugs this will happen to you too! Erin Doeski

Spray a good contact insecticide(Sevin,Triazicide,Bug-b-gone) or spray a systemic like merit or othene.

when the plants are small squash bugs can be hand picked, spray the plant down with the hose, this will force all the squash bugs to climb to the tops of the plant, (i guess they think they'll drown) pick them off and put them in a cup with soapy water in it.
