This is all correct. However keep in mind that the rate of the Pro Merit & the Agriculture version "Admire" both deliver .3 lbs active ingredient per acre. The consumer version you have there only delivers .2 lbs AI/A at the label rates. To deliver .3 lbs AI/A divide by the percent active ingredient of 1.47% to find 20 lbs (or 2 gallons) of this concentrate needed per acre. 2 gallons per acre is the same as 5.9 oz per 1000 sq ft. This should be added to enough water to evenly cover the entire soil area (and the plants foliage) equal to 1000 sq ft. The area needs to be watered before the spray dries & kept evenly moist for a few days to make sure the roots absorb & translocate the Imidacloprid throughout the plants.
