I hwas wondering what would be a good rotation using the following fungicides.
Banner Maxx Bravo Tanos Cabrio Kocide Dithane
I know the class 11 shouldn't be used after one another.

Kocide is more for early prevention of specific bizarre stuff like Angular Leaf Spot & other real nasty things.
I would only use the class 11 strobi's preventively. They should never be used on active disease lest we encourage resistance problems. Hence I write programs with strobi's early then segue toward DMI's later in the season when breakthroughs might be encountered.
Here is an insect & disease program I put together for our club (CT GS&PGA). It doesn't employ the exact same materials you have listed but you'll see what I mean.
