Hello, Is it hard to see squash vine borer eggs on pumpkin vines? I saw one flying around the plants today. If I spray with warrior will it kill the eggs or kill the grub before it enters vine? Thanks alot, Doug Adams Jn. 3:16

The eggs won't be killed but the emerging borers will be so long as you do a good job of covering all of the plant parts. Coverage is key. A good organo-silicone surfactant like Silwett L77 or Hawkeye makes a world of difference. But any decent non-ionic surfactant would help. As a last resort a few drops of dishwashing detergent is better than nothing for an emergency wetter.
