I have a plant that has some light green colored rubbery liquid coming out of the vine about 2' before the pumpkin. It is where I removed a leaf and side vine some time ago.I cleaned it off and hit with a bleach solution yesterday. This am it had a little more ozzing, what might this be, anyone have any idea. What a battle this year has been.I stopped the vine bore this yr,and now this.I hope this isn't the begining of the end,it's a nice 6 lobe pumpkin.Help!!! Thanks alot scoops.

Mike I don't have any pic's It is still gaining inches.I sure hope I can keep her growing for another 4 weeks or so. I knew right from the start this one was going to be a project, bad angle, stem cracks from day one. This one is 36"s tall. She is a pain in the butt, used a ton of captan so far. Hope your having a good yr. Thanks Scoops.
