Subject: Merit - Best to apply in the rain?

Since it needs to be well watered into the soil, would it be good to apply it in the rain? Thinking of next April or late March before a big anticipated rain storm. Figured I'd forget if I waited to ask next year.

Eric,
Merit does need to be watered in & I always opt for a LIGHT rain application when possible. Drenching rains are bad though. If rain is too heavy & puddles form, then each puddle will become a small Merit "hot spot" & the sorrounding area will be light.
