Talstar (Bifenthrin) or Warrior/Scimitar (Lambda-cyhalothrin) if you can buy it in your area. LC at commercial strength is often restricted use. These are contact insecticdes with great residual activity so once every 2 weeks is more than enough.

Once every two weeks is correct but don't spray the tips of the vines. Also....in two weeks time you will have 7 foot of unprotected side vine on every side vine and another 7-8 foot of unprotected main plus side vines that werent there when you sprayed two weeks ago ! So...spray every week the plant is growing but not the part you already sprayed.

Good point. Another "trick" is to cut the rate in half after the first spray but like G says, spray the half rate material weekly. The stress on the plant will be reduced but you'll still end up with a "correct residue" on the parts you are spraying.
