If you look at my diary (Aug. 23, 2002), I have added some photos of a hatch of some bugs. Can any one identify what they are? They were about pen tip in size and are on the tops of my birdhouse gourds leaves. Too be safe, I destroyed them!

Were there is one batch of eggs there are more. Start looking for them and the adults. Kill them all A.S.A.P.!!!! Ken

Thanks everyone for the help. I have been spraying neem, trying to be more "organic", with the intension that it killed all the bad guys. After I re-read my bug book, I realized that it did not. So, I went back and let them have it with Sevin. As I was spraying, they were hopping out all over. I must have killed a dozen with my shoe.
