I have acquired Dithane for fungicide but do not have the information sheet. Does anyone know how much of this to add to a gallon of water for spraying the plants? Is this even safe to use on AG's?

Dithane is great for downy Mildew, Gummy Stem blight, etc.
2-3 lbs/acre = .75-1 oz per 1000 sq ft usually in 2 gallons of water.
Here is the label:

Dithane is used in commercial cucumber farming so you're OK. I've used it on pumpkins with no problems at all.
