Is it safe to spray fungicide on plants that have been outside for only a week. It has been extremly wet lately and is going to continue to rain on and off for another week, It looks like it is perfect weather for fungus problems to start.

Funguses aren't generally a problem in this neck of the woods until around mid June at the earliest, when Warm AND wet weather are the norm. However, it can't hurt to lightly apply a foliar. It's much easier to prevent than it is to cure.

Soilborne water related root rots can always be a problem. For this reason I keep bringning thre plsnts back inside every time it rains.
Rather than sprays, a root drench of Aliette, Banol, Phyton, etc might be in order.

Sergio,
It depends on who you ask & when you ask them. LOL
In general, all of the pythium fungicides cause at least some damage to mycorrhyzae. Drenches are more injurious than foliar sprays.
