The leaves on one of my plants are getting more and more yellow every day. I think it needs nitrogen bad but I have a pumpkin on the plant that's 3 days old. What should I do ?

Nic, look for mites under the leaves, they are really small and almost hard to see with a naked eye, take some black paper and shake the leaf over it and see if any mites fall on it. One other thing that could be causing this is to much water (rain). We have had 2 weeks worth. Wish I could help ya more, maybe put a picture up and Tremor will chime in, hes my pumpkin pathologist, hes the one I send all my plant problems to,,,lol.
