This is a complete guess, but...
It looks like the leaves are drying out. Could be some kind of sucking insect like an aphid or something. Look on the bottoms of the leaves. Also, tap over a sheet of paper and see if anything lands on the paper.

Stephan, I have seen something very similar to this on my horseradish plants, in that case it was actually a sun burn made worse by water. Looks to be very close to what you show in that pic. Got real sunny and hot here hith a 30 degree jump in temp over one day. Plant went flat and all the larger leaves that were sun exposed were hit.

Definitely spray injury. Might be salt or simply heat related. What was sprayed on that plant? What time of day?

It was not sprayed on the plant, maybe the dew from the hoophouse was dripping on the leaves. I think too it's a kind of burn.

The plant is still under hoops? Yes - heat, but there is also the possibility of accumulated ammonia. If the hoop-house is tight & the soil had manure added then we might have ammonia damage.
