I found some pods around under my 1154 Doucet plant. There is alot of them and I picked up most all I could find. There are some form of eggs in the pods. There was also eggs that looked very similar on several leafs top and bottom. I have had a good supply of squash bugs already this year and treated with 1.47% Imidacloprid 3 weeks ago and treated with Talstar Pro. (7.9% Bifenthrin) at 1oz. per gallon. The squash bugs and cuke beatles have been dying pretty good. It had just finished raining when I applied the Talstar and it started again the next afternoon. It has been raining every few days to pest control applications has been difficult. I posted some pictures on my Diary of the pods and eggs. Anybody know what they are. If you know what the are what do I need to make sure they have a bad day when they hatch out. I have the 1.47 Imidacloprid, 7.9 Bifenthrin, some Spectracide Termite and Carpenter ant killer (.5% lambda-Cyhalothrin), liquid Seven, 5% Seven Dust, 50% Malathon, and Immunox that has 1.25% Permethrin. I havent taken my pesticides exam yet so I dont have Warrior to use. Thanks in advance. Rick

Pods?
How big? What happens when they're squeezed? Soft? Wet inside? Hard & dry?

The pods are around 3/16" diameter and 1/4" tall. They are soft and look and feel like they are made out of the material a wasp uses for her nest. Some had a white substance on the top looking to seel them off, and the rest you could look and see the eggs inside. If you squeeze them then the eggs will just come out of the top. The eggs in the pods and the ones on the leafs look to be the same. The eggs are about the size of a Tomato seed. The eggs are hard but you can cut them with your fingernail. I have a few pics in my diary if you need some others just let me know and I'll get them up. Thanks rick

That looks alot like it. Thanks LI, Nic, Tremor. I have some in a jar now and will shoot fungicide tomorrow. If its not a fungus and something hatches out I'll post up the critters. Thanks again. Rick
