I bought some Terminate ( 0.5% Lambda-Cyhalothrin )and was wondering what rate to spray it at. It recommends 2 fl. oz. in 4 gal per 1000 sq. ft.
Warrior is 11.4% Lambda so it is 22.8% more concentrated. Warrior label for cucurbits says use 2.56-3.84 oz. per acre. So at 1000 sq. ft it would be .088 oz. So if I multiplyed that by the 22.8%, I would come up using 2 oz for 1000 sq. ft. which is what the label states.
Is that even remotely close? Thanks Rick

Rick, Read the instructions if you have them, if not, call the company and get their recommendations. You should have an experience grower in your area to learn from, you learning curve will greatly increase. Erik

I have read the book but it only has recommendations for termites and carpenter ants. I was really just wanting someone to check my math (wasent very good at it in school) to see how much concentrate to equal the strength of Warrior. Even at the same strength of Warrior it would still probibly not be equal to Warrior because of the carrier probibly being different than that of which Sygenta uses.

3 oz per acre = 1.9 ml per 1000 sq ft. TIMES 22.8 = 1.5 OZ per 1000 sq ft of the .5% LC that you have.
Tou might not have ENJOYED math enough to express it but you clearly LEARNED enough to get by. Well done.
