I dont know what this is or what to do about it! Its spread to other leaves and is working its way down the vine. Its already spread past where Homer (my biggest pumpkin) is setting. Its actually gotten worse since this pic was taken. Any advice would be GREATLY appreciated, Im really worried :(

That looks like old leaves to me??? Does it start at the stump and run down the vine?

yes, it starts at the stump and is spreading to other leaves down the vine getting closer to the end. I'll take more pics maybe I can get a better view.

Just added 6 new pics of the problem to my diary. Hopefully someone can tell me what to do. I cant grow a pumpkin without a vine and my vine is ruined :(

looks like you have sprayed insecticide or fungicide in sun light?

I admit I did spray insecticide in the sun the first time, my line of thinking was not to leave it wet during the night and promote mildew, but that was over a month ago. Would it creep along spreading to other leaves like this?
I later heard the phrase "sevin in the morning farmer take warning, sevin at night farmer sleep tight" wish Id known that before :(
