Another one of those questions that little to none have tried.
Has anyone ever tried having their AG plants sprayed with fruit tree pesticides? There could be some possible benefits to it.
There's 2 cherry trees and 15 grape trees around my patch, so all plants got a few sprays throughout the season and I never had a bug problem all year.
So the question is, was the spray helping or affecting the plants in anyway?
Thanks. -Jordan.

Most fruit tree sprays contain Malathion for insects and a fungicide like Captan or Chlorothalonil. Take care with the rate and timing and it'll be OK.

First year I grew ag's svb killed me, for the last two year I've been useing fruit tree spray on my ag's, not once in that time did I have a svb enter a vine, so I'd say it works great!

I've never seen a single bug in my garden. The spray works great and costs less then the other pesticides.

Klancy - do you spray with Bayer Tree and Shrub through out or treat the ground prior to planting?
