This seams to happen to at my plants for the past couple years about now. What am I doing wrong? The newer leaves look like someone held a cigarette lighter under them. They pucker up and part of the leaf dies and dries up into paper. It doesn't seem to kill the plant but it is bad. I spray weekly in the evenings. Am I just too far south and it too hot and humid? I would love to hear any ideas or suggestions. I'll try to post a photo of what I'm talking about in my diary soon.

Happening to my giant marrow also. I'm suspecting downy mildew. Been raining and too many cloudy cool days for mine to be sunburned as with much of Ohio lol

Mine happened after I sprayed with fungicide/pesticide and I figured I applied too much for the plants. We've had lots of rain and practically no good sun when this happened.

Thats my problem also. I originally thought sunburn also but we have been literally getting rain every other day so I ruled out sunburn and suspected DM.(took some pics for my diary). Been alternating a milk/water spray and Ortho Max disease control and weather is finally starting to dry up a little and the sun is coming out. Looks like its starting to go away.
