Looks like it could be a spray burn and or a deficiency of some sorts. If you spray high power ferts or insecticides in the heat of the day you can get burns like that. If you haven't done a soil test I would do it asap to see if there is something that is way off. You may want to try a balanced water soluble fert to see if that helps future growth. Remember easy as you go when applying ferts, more isn't always better. John

It looks like anthracnose to me. Did it start after a heavy rain or watering? My leaves look similar to yours...they lose their sheen then appear to always be wet, and eventually completely dry out. I'm using two fungicides: Daconil and Mancozeb in a 3.5 day rotation. Daconil alone wasn't enough.
It might be too late if all your vine tips have turned brown. Good luck.

Did this happen after you removed the cover? Was this plant tranplanted at a late stage. What have you sprayed?

Newman could be right... either anthracnose or similar disease, maybe? If you can switch to Daconil or Immunox, go for it. Neem may be too strong. Sevin, over-applied can burn the leaf tips. It would be helpful if you told us what the soil ammendments were and how much.
