I have leaves on one secondary vine that are not very healthy. First, parts of the end of the leaves turn a lighter shade of green and then the area that had changed color gets soft and looses all rigidity. It just turns all soft. But never the entire leaf. The weather here has been cold and then turned sunny the last 4 days when I noticed this. I Don't think it is leaf burn since the rest of that plant and all my other plants show no sign of the same thing. Could it be a fungus? Any ideas about what this might be and what to do to take care of it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you're still dealing with unexplained wilting on more than just one vine at this point, you can check for bacterial wilt by cutting a small and unwanted section of vine to see if the juice from the vine is stringy and somewhat yellow.
