I got some Permethrin 2.5% and the label indicates that it is contact and residual.
Anybody know how long the residual lasts and whether or not is just provides a "barrier" somewhat like products that keep insects out of your house by leaving an "invisible fence" type of odour?
Tom...can you help on this one??
Thanks/Glenn

Permethrin is a residual contact 1st generation synthetic pyrethroid. Same chemical family as Warrior. Compare your material to Astro. Pros know it as Permethrin Pro which is 43% applied at up to 1 qt/100 gals per acre. Good stuff with a 10-14 day residue. Since the plants grow fast, weekly sprays at the low rate will work well.
