My plants have been showing major abnormal growth on the newest leaves and vines. The newest leaves show no other ailments besides the fact that they are scrunching and curling in on themselves. It started suddenly and seems to be getting worse. The only thing that I have found so far that makes sense is SLCV. I live in Wisconsin and this virus has never been reported anywhere close to me. It's more likely something totally unrelated. The only two things that I have done different this year that concern me are, using hay as a weed guard, and fertilizing with year-old miracle grow that seemed saturated with moisture even though the bag was still sealed.
So please take a look at the picture links below and FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS HOLY, PLEASE HELP ME!

classic 2-4-D herbicide damage. Someone sprayed something nearby with a 2-4-D product or its in/on your hay mulch.

I would get that hay out of there it could be gassing off 2-4-D. Even if it isn't at least you tried.

This could very well be herbicide damage. What specific lawn care details can you provide?
