Have one plant with BW. Can I do anything to delay the inevitable demise of the plant and the fruit?

How was the BW diagnosis made?
Once BW is clogging the vascular tubes there is no effective means to open them up again.
Its been 16 days. How is the plant doing?

It looked like bacterial wilt according to photos I've seen. Maybe it was something else. The plant is doing great. Fruit is still growing.
