Some of the new growth on my 275 Desrosiers has (for lack of a better word) "mottled" green and yellow leaves. I don't have a camera right so I can't post a pick but its not the same yellowing caused by fertilizer burn (which I've done before). Its only on the news 3 or 4 leaves on the main vine and they leaves seem to have a normal shape.

I would keep a good watch on that. It may be some of the first signs of the most dreaded evil thing called the mosiac virus.
The first signs I had the leaves was normal shape. But they kind of look like what a piece of plastic that had been a little too close to a flame.
Good Luck

Whatever it was seems to have cleared up. The only thing I can think of that I may have done was get too much diazonon on the new growth.
