Pulled up one of my plants today due to space considerations and found two grubs near the root. I suppose they are feeding on the root system which could destroy my plants. Is there any safe products for pumpkins that kill grubs? Thanks, Jeff

Triazicide...granules or foliar/drench. I asked Tremor know about this stuff and then tried it on the grubs Merit didn't get. Good stuff!

Milky Spore Disease is targeted for white grubs. Takes a year to establish lasts up to fifteen twenty years. Read up! There are several choices in this area. Any treatment has pros and cons to consider. This has been my choice for thirty years of lawn and gardening.

Thanks for the replys. I would assume that they are grubs. They where white and were found underneath my main root about three inches down. They were about a half inch long.
