I started watering my pumpkin patch the other day, using mu rainwave and I have noticed white spots on the leaves ever since. They will rub right off with my finger....so I was wondering if this is powdery mildew or something innocent? Plateman put in a recipe calling for 3 TBSP bleach, 6 TBSP B soda and 1/2 tsp of dawn dish soap for mildew. Do you mix this with water to make 2 gallons? Would any other dish soap work??
