Just a word of caution. When splitting chemicals, please make sure to wear gloves, eye goggles, & any other Persoanl Protective Equipment the label requires.
Read the whole label before splitting. Use a container that is absolutely 100% clean & dry. Make sure it has a child resistant cap (or caps). Also make copies of the entire label. To place a pesticide in a non-original & identically labeled container is a violation of federal law & not terribly safe.

That said, I also do this for friends. But I do it as safely & legally as possible.
