I read an article I think it was in the "Buckeye Farm News" or it was in some other recent Ohio farming magazine. Well, any way, it stated that the Powdery Mildew and other fugii were not easy on the Ohio pumpkin crop this year due to the amount of rainfall late in the growing season. They estimated that half of Ohio's pumpkin crop was lost due to the Powdery Mildew. Even with continual use of Dacinol or other sprays the problems were persistant. I know this even when I sprayed this year it just seamed to slow the Mildew, but not stop it. So if you had this problem you were not the only one. I'm going to try again next year for it was a lot of fun. Tom
