This is my first year and this powdery mildew stuff is scaring me my friend said his grandpa fed his pumpkins milk so how do i go about putting this milk on to prevent it

also the rice season is starting here in NE Arkansas that means every critter bug you can think of will be moving in town waht a easy simple not on the exsprnsive side insectiside i can put on my PK are about 50% done pollinating (i planted late)
