When ever I log on it shows me diaries up to 7/11

It always shows this as if I haven't been on since 7/11 :

Items marked as "new" if submitted after 7/11/2005 12:55:22 AM.

If I log off and come back next day. . .same thing.

If I actually click on posts, after a while I get past it, but the next day I come back and its 7/11 again

My computer has the correct date.

Go to the home page and scroll down to just below the pic of Bruce Whittier's 1458. The box says:
"Indicate Items as NEW"
Items on the site will be shown as new if they were posted since... then make sure that the drop down menu is on 'your last visit'

Give that a try.

If that doesn't work, you may just try delelting the BigPumpkins.com cookie. It'll get rewritten the next time you log in.

I've noticed the same thing on my Dad's computer. I suspect that it has something to do with his having completely run out of hard drive space. Although, there are probably a number of other possible explanations.

Does this happen to you on other websites?

Do you have cookies enabled? Sometimes security settings will block the cookie that knows who you are and that you didn't log out. So, if that is blocked, or can't be saved for some reason, you might need to log in every time.

You could try deleting your internet cache, too.
