Hi Ken and John! We have been trying to submit a photo into our diary and we keep getting an error message. It tells us to try "refreshing" the page or going back to the home page and we can't figure out what's wrong with it......

I read in the non related pumpkin section from jeff to lobsta that if the pixel count was to high he couldn't upload had to reduce.

Just make sure the picture is at 72 dpi and not bigger than 480 x 360 pixel, otherwise it will be downsized or not appear.
Suzy, just choose the picture file from your harddisk that you want to upload until it appears in the search box on top of your diary. Click the search button and look for it as you would do in your system explorer.
