OK I'll be the first idiot to admit I tried to open it. Must have been pretty feable. McAfee caught it, fought a good fight, then crashed. I figure "great! @#!*^%"#! the things dead right?"

Must have been an Iraqui virus. No damage or infected files!

We live we learn.

If you look at the header of the email you will see that it did NOT really come from us. The server name is incorrect. This virus simply spoofs any identity it wants to. Everyone should be running anti-virus software and should keep it up to date. Lastly, don't open email messages or attachments that you did not expect to get. We NEVER send attachments to people unless we tell them ahead of time. NEVER.

Thanks Ken! You guys do a great job & I'm sure folks know you can't control these hackers. I've heard that during times of political & military conflict, that things like this happen more often.

So be careful everyone.

No harm done here at all. Both messages arrived & were destroyed.

I got a couple also. They looked funny and after reading these posts, they got trashed pretty quick. Thanks everyone for keeping us alert and up to date.

Ken, I didn't point a finger at anyone. Was just trying to give a "heads up". I assumed everybody knows that it didn't come from you. Sorry for any confusion.

i get a few a week, but have gotten 5 already today. Ken is right, you need to check the headers on them if you can. although they look like they came from 5 different growers(most of whom i have never emailed), each with a different subject line, the headers all have a reply path to cornhusk@mwt.net not sure who that is, but if any of you do, give them a heads-up. although, i'm not even sure if that's the source, but it's the only common thread.
